Orobica Plast-Gom is highly experienced in elastomer technology and specialized in the production of gaskets for plate heat exchangers. Its technical division works alongside customers and designs different types of gaskets to satisfy the market, based on a simple drawing or an existing sample. All the departments are equipped with technological machinery and highly qualified staff, who first make the moulds and then the gaskets, which are vulcanized by compression or injection technology. The company is capable of making gaskets of any material, shape or size and for any type of heat exchanger. The gaskets are mounted using glue or clips. Orobica Plast-Gom also collaborates with world-renowned research labs to improve existing mixtures as well as study and test new specific elastomers. This means that it can guarantee more efficient, durable and reliable gaskets even when used in heavy-duty industrial applications, therefore cutting maintenance time and running costs.
